At BabyBliss, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed, unworn items back into their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
